Movement, strength and recovery. A place where you can feel at home in your body.
What if taking care of yourself felt like something you wanted to come back to? We created Soma Co. for that. Thoughtful teaching, room to ask questions and people who are glad you showed up.
We are a women-centred studio, with a warm welcome for everyone who shares our respect for the room and the people in it.
Your size, age, experience or fitness level does not decide whether you belong here. Come with questions. Take a different option. Rest when you need to. We want you to feel comfortable doing all of that.
02 · Thoughtful teaching
Curiosity keeps us learning.
We draw on biomechanics and exercise science, keep learning and explain why we choose what we teach. You deserve guidance that helps you understand your body and make decisions with confidence.
03 · The long view
Something you can keep coming back to.
We care about what your body can do and how you feel using it. We make room for practice, gradual progress and recovery, alongside the rest of your life.
04 · Community
There is room for all of us.
We choose encouragement over comparison. No body commentary, calorie counting or pressure to look a certain way. Just people moving, learning and supporting each other.
One longevity concept
Move. Build. Recover.

Explore movement, control and body awareness through Reformer Pilates, Towers and Jumpboards.
A conversation after class. A familiar face. Someone remembering your name. Those little things are part of Soma Co., too. You bring this space to life.
Chief Happiness Officer
Meet Ella.
13 years old. Very good at her job.
Ella chills at the studio and makes everyone feel a little more at home. She loves a belly rub, but she would never ask you for one.
She’s responsible for the studio’s joyous vibe, a role she carries out mostly lying down.
