Small and intimate, with 5 people max so you’ll always receive the attention and support you need. Join our Power and Dynamic classes for a tailored pump, Jumpboard for a rush of endorphins and sweat, or our Restorative classes for a good stretch and some mobility. Our Basics workshop let’s you get to know the Reformer and how to use it.

Our Workout Flow
High reps, lots of movement, this class will make you sweat. Use the reformer and props as your basis for a balanced and fun workout. All-levels, though - you choose how much you do..

Power Reformer
So so strong, baby!
Our Strength-Builder
Buckle up, this one will burn. A full-body strength workout on the reformer means lower reps, heavier springs and weights and a cheeky little hold or 2. All-levels, though - you choose how heavy you go.

Restorative Reformer
Feels so good.
Our Feel-Good Flow
Stretching, mobility work, balance. Slow it down and feel good in your own skin as you build a gentle connection to your body with the reformer

Jumpboard Reformer
Raise your Heart Rate.
Low-Impact, high enjoyment
Flood your body with endorphins! This class will make you sweat (and laugh). We prelace the footbar with a cushioned jumpboard that lets you enjoy all the benefits of jump-exercises, without the accompanying impact on your joints. SO. MUCH. FUN.
